Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY

Please note that delivery charges will be added to your order at checkout where applicable. Our dispatch times depend on our third-party suppliers, so delivery timescales are indicative only. We will do our very best to deliver your order within the estimated time of delivery.


FABRIC AND WALLPAPER

The Company does not accept returns or exchanges for Cloth fabric, wallpaper, or trimming which has been cut, altered, hung, or installed. Returns and exchanges of Cloth fabric and wallpaper in other circumstances shall be accepted only at the sole discretion of the Company and then only if the claim is notified in writing to the Company within 7 days from the date of delivery. Approved returns will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee at the time of return of the product.

ACCESSORIES

If you are unsatisfied with your accessories order, we will be happy to offer an exchange, refund or replacement on all items returned to us within 28 days of the date of receipt of goods assuming they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We regret that we do not issue refunds on the original cost of postage. This does not include returns made on the bases of damaged or incorrection items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

The buyer must send the item back at their own expense once a return is accepted by us. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will only be processed once items are received and inspected. Items must be returned within 28 days of the return request or items will be automatically sent back.

For EU and International returns, we require customers to make all return arrangements and retain proof of postage. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for taxes and duties. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Christopher Farr Cloth. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

If you receive an item that is damaged or broken then please inform us immediately, quoting your order number. Please follow the returns process detailed above. Following verification of the damage, we will look to arrange an exchange, refund or replacement depending on your preference.
