BUYING ONLINE


RETAIL

ClothShop accessories, fabrics, and wallpapers are available to purchase online as a guest customer, within the UK. Due to legal and regulatory constraints, retail purchases are not available outside the UK.

TRADE

For trade clients and design professionals, international orders can be arranged through your designated showroom with a trade account. You may request samples, order accessories for international delivery, or request fabric and wallpaper orders to be sent to your showroom.

SAMPLES

We offer a wide range of samples from fabrics, wallpapers, and passementeries. Ordering samples is easy; simply find the product you like to consider and add the sample directly to your cart.

LEAD TIMES & STOCK LEVELS

At Christopher Farr Cloth, we maintain high stock levels, though some items may occasionally be out of stock. In these instances, your order will go into production. Lead times may vary, and we’ll keep you informed as it progresses.

Trade Customers: Please check stock via your trade account before ordering. Stock levels are shown on product pages when signed in. For mixed batches or specific cut lengths, contact us or your showroom to confirm availability.

Retail Customers: If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with lead times before proceeding. If preferred, we’re happy to cancel and refund your order.
