COLLECTION
This wallpaper collection is developed from the archive of the late British abstract artist Sandra Blow, celebrated for her large-scale geometric compositions and bold use of colour. This collection began when Christopher Farr Cloth was given access to Blow’s original artwork and extensive archive. This exploration into the artist uncovered hundreds of polaroid photos, personal photographs and handwritten notes. The collection comprises five prints that evoke the landscape of Cornwall with linear patterns that follow
the flow of the ocean, and collage effects that reflect Blow’s earlier work. Produced as non-woven and grasscloth wallcoverings, the collection offers a hand painted and textural finish.
